چکیده
The Human Papillomavirus (HPV) is responsible for almost 99% of cervical cancers. Cervical cancer a public health problem, being the fourth most common type tumor among women worldwide and third in Brazil. It known that one easily preventable forms cancer, as there highly effective vaccine against HPV, however, morbidity mortality rates related to human papillomavirus are still frightening, especially less developed countries. Low vaccination adherence rates, second dose, probably reflection lack knowledge about this virus, its clinical repercussions, vaccine. A trial was carried out higher education institution Alagoas (Brazil), with students medical course whom validated questionnaire applied on HPV virtual environment (google forms).
